Auto insurance quotes x.x

Apparently I can't be under my mother's car insurance anymore so I'm looking for new coverage. Every site I've been to requires pretty personal info in order to give a quote... name, phone #, ssn, address, age, info about current coverage. The insurance companies you'd think were cheapest aren't even.

I used to pay around $60 a month with my mother's plan

Rates: Monthly
Progressive - $51.49
Geico - $79.24
Allstate - $93.90
Esurance - $136.90
Farmers - $171
Liberty - $192.38

Nationwide, State Farm couldn't give me a quote over the net, and AAA's site isn't working. I have no idea why Progressive is so damn cheap, and it makes me wonder.

I know the high rates may be because of my accident last year, but I've only had one accident in my life.. that should count for something.

I have nationwide. I pay about 90 bucks a month, but the service is so worth it. When I got into that accident a couple of years back, they handled everything. My premium didn't go up. They paid for my rental for 2+ weeks, and handled when it got sued. THEY WERE ON MY SIDE!

Apparently my mother decided to sign up for progressive behind my back. Doesn't she realize that since I live on my own I can do shit on my own? Oh well.

I am extremely lucky today and found the best t-shirt ever at a thrift shop for $1. Best thing: It's in brand new never worn condition. The previous owner must have been either too fat for the shirt or wasn't a monty python fan.

It's a shirt with a picture from Holy Grail of one of the knights being attacked by the killer rabbit with the text: "Killer Rabbit! Run away run away!"

You dick, that requires collision and comprehensive coverage which is extra. Rental coverage is only added on if you have collision coverage. Some insurance companies will not add collision onto a policy for a car as old as mine.
