I'd rather have Eko, Libby, and Charlie than Jack, Kate, and Juliet. And Claire. Yeah she's a hottie but who gives a fuck about her? What if her character had actually died and they took out her baby. That would've been more interesting. At least Jack could find out she was his sister and go all batshit. If Sun goes to the "dark side" with Palpatine Widmore and blames the rest for Jin's death,
that would be tasty television. Evil Sun = win. And Locke. Locke needed to die! "Bitch, bitch, whine, whine, the island, cryptic message, the island, lookit mah knife". If we're done with Michael, then good. At least they managed to DO something with him. Benry, Sayid, Evil Sun, and Hurley are the only characters that deserve to live. Bernard, Rose, and Sawyer are horribly underused.
This show would be so much better if Jack had died in one of the previous seasons and Sawyer found himself in charge. I like Matthew Fox and all but Jack is a dull, angsty mess. Sawyer is a compelling anti-hero.
And I agree that this show isn't so much a thinking show as it is a freaking cock tease. They didn't get to the statue either. Fuck 'em.
