Epic.

It's sick how much they lick his ass. When he does something, he's genuinely nice and sweet; when Hillary does it, it's Saccherine. Look it up if you don't.

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2008/02/14/valentines-day-with-hillary-clinton/

I like how they avoid noting all the money he's taking from energy industries and drug companies, while Hillary gets blasted for it. Even Edwards chided Obama for slipping the drug money in through 'donations via Vice Presidents' rather than direct donations. If Obama gets the nom, McCain wins. There's so much dirt on Obama, and the Repubs will dig it all up, but they need him to beat Hillary.

TUCC anyone? (thanks 4chan)

Obama is a disaster waiting to happen.  But his legions of enraptured fans (fans, not supporters) could be enough to vault him over his inexperience, lack of achievements, and looney public policies and into the White House.  McCain will be hard-pressed to beat him and would have a better shot with Hillary.

I'm personally hoping Nader enters the race or Paul goes Libertarian...I really don't care which, because I'm not voting for McCain or against the Democratic nominee.

Some of McCain's pro-life doctrine kinda scares me, so I won't be voting for him.  Which is a shame because I almost like him more than the Dems.  So even if he does become president, it won't be so bad.  Not like when Bush became president and I wanted to throw myself into a pit of rakes.  Just that women's rights will continue to take steps backwards.

And I looked at some CNN footage regarding McCain, Clinton, and Obama's stances on immigration.  So much weirdness.  Obama and Clinton appeared to regurgitate each other.  Obama kept just out of the camera's sight and I mostly saw his ass.  Then McCain's video is just him babbling about "securing our borders".  These vids fail.

What is that tucc all about? Some weird missionary church?
Trinity United Church of Christ?  I don't get it.  I accidentally put in tucc.com and got The Urology Center of Colorado.

Stage 3: Confusion

When you google McCain and immigration you get something about death threats.  I haven't figured out who they're from though.   If those death threats are from pro illegal immigration people then I like him.  If the threats are from people who don't want amnesty for illegals then I hate him.

It's a black-first church that he and Oprah belong to that funnel money to and from Africa. They teach bible only and swear allegiance to Africa. Scary shit, Obama preaches more than he speeches. Plus, the TUCC awarded Louis Farrakhan, a very bad person.

Obama will be destroyed by McCain. He's already drawn first blood by calling Obama out on his claim to run a public funding only campaign. That will nullify any outside contributions (which Obama's been pwning in) and make the money square between the two of them. Then, they will sink in with all the lobbyist money he launders through his campaign, his involvement with the TUCC, and swiftboat him with his family (black muslim side) which has served as radical muslim insurgents in Kenya (Which Obama is on video supporting).

Hillary would pwn McCain in an open election. I know people claim she'd unify the base, but she's more conservative on issues than McCain was. Plus, her healtcare plan is highly feasible, whereas Obama's is crap which excludes people, won't change the pricing, and was designed in part by his lobbyist advisors. If Obama > Clinton, I'll vote for McCain. Obama winning will fuck the Dems so hard and cut off this country on having proper healthcare policies for another 10 years.

I like the line about him having fans, not supporters. It's so fricking true.
I can kill a small child with only a lick.

Ultimately, no socialized health care system is feasible.  It collapses under its own weight and assumes there won't be a Third American Revolution in its wake.  As pissed as people got over immigration, watch what'll happen once the tax burden doubles over just a few years' time.  The government is only good at two things: spending public funds and blowing stuff up.  All one has to do to see what clustermuck awaits us is to look at the fetid bloated mess that is Medicare.

Obama's religious ties with TUCC are, by my reckoning, little more than a convenient political association.  Based on things he's said, he certainly seems to be a theological lightweight.

McCain's a true believer in legalizing illegal immigration, which is nothing more than importing a new slave class at the expense of Americans of all classes...poorer people lose out on job ops while mid-to upper-income taxpayers get saddled with the debt of social services, while big business gets labor cheap enough to compete with the likes of esteemed slave drivers like China.

His plan (which he forged along with Ted Kennedy) would have legalized all illegals already in this country after paying a fine with lip service paid to restricting employers from hiring them and token security on the southern border.  He hasn't changed, other than a willingness to put up more border security to placate the multitudes of pissed voters who crammed Congress with calls this past year during its deliberation.

For me, Hillary Clinton would be marginally preferable between the three of them.  I just don't know if I could force myself to vote for a Clinton.  I won't hold my nose for another weak sister Republican, and Obama's a novice who might be easier to push around but will likely be our first outright Socialist president.

Hill's the best choice. McCain's already put Obama in a corner if he's the nominee.

Obama promised to only accept public funds for the election, forgoing the massive amount of private donations he might recieve. Let's face it, that's a big part of Obama's success. McCain's called him out on it, which will level the playing field considerably between the two.

Then it turns out he's plagarizing..?

I found it very difficult to talk politics online the last 3 years because I've really been against this administration.
The administration is coming to an end, and no matter who is elected, I think its going to get better.

Today, I'm voting for Huckabee.

Thats us, with the shittiest nations in the world.  Universal health care is feasible and has been in action in the first world for over 50 years.  We're the only rich industrialized nation without it.  Even Mexico is going to do it; though is occurs to me that free health care might fix our border problem...

If a revolution comes, then we're truly without a chance of surviving and I'll return to mother Russia.  blue jeans cost $200, but as least I can afford allergy medicine.

Do hospitals turn away illegal immigrants with no money?  They should let them die in the waiting room.  I'd clean up the bodies for a fraction of what it would've cost the government to treat them.

Of course they do. What is done for them is usually quick fixes, but they never get checkups, medicine, or anything serious done without paying cash.

Hillary's plan > Obama's, even his camp agreed. Every policy she's running has been proven to beat his, except for fundraising and sending Bill out.

If a revolution comes, then we're truly without a chance of surviving and I'll return to mother Russia.  blue jeans cost $200, but as least I can afford allergy medicine.

So, we join the international community of socialist states to fix the health care problem.  How very American!  Sure, such a program is feasible in countries who don't have huge foreign aid programs, foot the bill for the United Nations, search and destroy terrorists en masse, hand out food and medical care in impoverished countries like business cards, deal with massive infrastructural concerns, rarely have to deal with major natural disasters, and demographically aren't as fat.  Just because their people are conditioned to accept it doesn't mean taxing people out the ass is something we should replicate.

There are ways of making health care available to all that don't involve simply throwing money at the problem and hoping things improve.  Such things as giving people access to their medical information, making information available for customers to make comparisons in available care, making justice in malpractice more responsible, incentivizing clean living, and creating savings accounts to allow tax-free money for addressing critical health issues would transform the industry without creating a massive bureaucracy and tax hole that will never be filled.

And the fact remains that ours is the best health care system around, despite the fact that it's not free to all.  And the only way a Mehican universal health care program will get off the ground is if either we or the invading hordes of aliens send them the money to make it happen. Strange, in that they come here in droves when we don't have socialized care available to them, huh?  If you think they'll stay home for care, you have another think coming, because they'll still want more than just what that corrupt government decides to let them have.

Maybe you should go ahead and move to Russia.  I know some missionary folks who go there every year and give free eye care to people there who can't get it because of the interminable waits (in return for a bit of proselytizing).  Who knows, maybe they can arrange to take you with them.  You can enjoy your $200 blue jeans and your allergy medicine to your heart's content...but you probably won't be too worried about your allergies when you're freezing your ass off in those nefarious Russian winters.  Be sure to take a coat.

The Obama fangirlism is starting to scare me.

Obama, the New Elvis

Cafepress "I Faint For Obama" t-shirts

I thought Clinton had a pretty good chance of winning Texas, but all I've heard is Obama, Obama, Obama.  I'm the only one out of my intermediate family that's for Clinton.  Why are the rest for Obama?  Because they don't like Clinton.  Sure, my dad was half-heartedly talking about Obama and change, but then he's all "grrrr, also I just don't like Clinton".  I make jokes that Obama looks like he's 12 and shit, but really, my gut does not a get a nice feeling about him.  Say what you will about Clinton, but it's the devil you know.  This is like the last presidential election except the people are from the same party this time.

BTW, I'm still pissed we never got President Gore.

My sis was telling me that Squirrelly had commented that Obama has fans and not supporters.  Yesterday one of my friends went to the Obama rally. She came back all excited because she got to hug him.  She kept saying that she didn't want to bath. ewww....  Then another friend commented "oh he is so handsome!" O_o  Not sure how that qualify one to be President.  Anyhow later that night I am watching TV and they keep showing all these people fainting at Obama rallies like they were at a rock concert or something.   At least people seem enthused about the election.  I wanted to vote for McCain but he changed his stance on some issues. -_-  Our country should do away with the Office of the President. We should have a high council or something.
