I was thinking of making a thread about messenger services but decided against it. Thought about using another service. Don't really think I'd want to go back to AIM and I don't like the way MSN screws with my settings and worms its way onto my taskbar. =/

I remember trying it out a long time ago and not particularly liking it. I'd like to get other opinions on it first. Plus, I do a lot of things while online, so not talking in real time works for me like 96% of the time.

I know this is horribly morbid, but the little guy is still living it up in my freezer next to my bomb pops and his cousins, the tilapia. I haven't been able to actively look for an urn, though I did see a few cute ones online.

I knew this granola girl who had a 13 lb. kid at home with a midwife and saved the placenta in the freezer in a Tupperware thingie for about 6 months so they could bury it in some ceremony. Or maybe they sacrificed it.

Anyway, they had a party and she asked me to get some frozen strawberries, also in Tupperware, out of the freezer for her, and I almost snagged the placenta. That would have made for some interesting 'ritas.

Not entirely. Growing cells harvested from placenta for research was decried as immoral by some wingnuts as well. Guess they didn't want to give up any source for their deep-fried placenta fix.
