I got:

A Gophone (only cell that'll work here without having to pay oodles of money for a contract)
$50 extra for my Gophone
Candy
Candy apple maker
Sheets
Quilt
A couple neat fans
Candle holder
Yogurt pretzels
Smelly bath stuff
My dad's old Pentax SLR with some awesome accessories <3
Set of tiny green Buddhas
Sewing book
Kick-ass sewing kit
Blue jammies
Crackers
Cheese ball
Black corduroy skirt
Pink sweater
Black pants

Also, my best friend asked me to be her kid's godmother. I'll take honorary auntie and babysitter over mommy anyday, so long as Megs stays in good health and I don't have to actually take the kid. :D

Forgot: $50, the new Paul McCartney album, a hat, and a scarf from paternal grandma, and my aunt is taking me to Applebee's and Hobby Lobby this weekend.

If the retail sales are any indication, they weren't the only ones.

I got:

Purple plush socks.
Stuffed frog.
Small photo album.
Nail polish.
Ring.
Mickey Mouse watch.
Dangling earrings.
TMNT Season 1 Part 1.
Another TMNT disc.
And I'll be taken shopping to pick up an item of my choosing.

Some weird english tv series on dvd from my sister.
Flannel Bath robe
New Wallet
Jethro Tull's Aqua Lung
Some other stuff that I can't remember right now and oh yes! The air pressure from my flight home conveniently packed into my ear.

Du Hast?

oh, Da Haul.

Let's see...

100 piece Craftsman socket set
A picture book on the former largest railroad in Michigan from my train-loving grandfather
Socks
2 boxes of drinking glasses that my aunt dumped on me although I told her I only needed a few of them...
latest Trans-syberian Orchestra cd, great music but the lead male singer has a 80's metal voice and tries to sing Christmas opera and ends up sounding like shit. Has that song the guy did his house lights to.
Lots and lots of chocolate
Various assorted kitchen items
a calendar
2 pairs of pants I shall get soon
and $500 from my great grandmother, and I hope to god I'm on her will now!  :nuriyes:

I like to go down to the playground and watch the kids run and jump and scream, because they don't know I'm only using blanks.

Modern anime is a stagnant cesspool of regurgitated ideas.

I actually made out pretty good this year.

-DVDs:
The Terminator
Predator
AVP
Labyrinth
Robin Hood: Men in Tights
From Hell

-An electric griddle
-A Turkey Craver (Yes I did want this. I make Turkey a lot and I've been using a carver from 1952 which smells of ozone when running)
-Some shirt that I'll never wear because my Aunt thinks she has to get me at least one bit of clothing and she won't buy stuff I actually like to wear
-A calender
-50 bucks.
-A 50 dollar Wal-Mart Gift Card
-A 30 dollar Lowes card
and the granddaddy present of them all...a Xbox 360. Which was awesome since I'd never be able to afford it on my own. Sadly no games, so it hasn't got the WOW factor yet since I'm just playing the games I have for the Xbox. Plan on fixing that tommorrow with that cash and gift card. The Wireless controller is nice though.

And Nuri, I said "supposedly" cause we , again, supposedly are dating but I don't want to, but I feel obligated to cause I'm living with him. BUT this will change soon when I kick his ass out of my apartment :-)

I've never done the living together thing.  I've done the practically living together thing but I always had my place to return to when shit went south.  It's creepy how you're in a dead relationship though and waiting to drop the hammer on this kid.  When I break up its usually in the heat of the moment and everyone is left wondering if it was the right decision.

Why?  Fear of the other person going postal?  Or just that daily awkwardness haunting you until it's done?

The daily awkwardness.  I don't know how you could just sit there thinking "you're already dead and you don't even know it" without saying something.

Yeah.  Unless she needs him to pay rent.  Which, if so, is very wrong though unfortunately very common.

Yeah that sucks.  I tried faking it for a days near the end with my almost 2 year relationship but I ended up cheating on her with a girl from work.

I can afford it, but somehow I was in denial, I felt bad for just kicking him out, you know? O well so today in the morning shit went dooown and just a little while ago I told him to move the fuck out and he threatened me and told me he would move out whenever he wants to. If I wasn't a lady I would get his bitch ass fired (after all, I got him that job) but I won't. Of course now my New Years celebration are fucked up, for the 3rd year in a row, yaayy

I can't stand when guys threaten girls.  I once took a brick to the head of a guy that was slapping his girlfriend around.  He was already on the ground though, he basically incurred the wrath of our entire frat and I just relieved him of consciousness.  I know it was dishonorable but I was drunk and wanted to get my piece of the kill.

Many men (at least the ones I know) would do the same thing.  It's amazing that some guys think they can beat around their girl and it's totally justified somehow.

I'm just the opposite.  Once, while wasted, I even asked a girl to punch me in the face as hard as she could.  She was a friend of mine but she wouldn't do it.  She was friends with this other chick who was all "I'll do it" and she did.  And I told her to do it again, and she did, then we started making out and I carried her upstairs.

I've never done anything like that since then and I'm not into that sort of thing really but it was pretty hot just that one time.

This used to make me sooo mad, right?  Well it very soon occurred to me that lots of these women ask for it.  I'm sorry, but of the ones I've seen, this is true.  Family included.  They have no self-respect at all!  They go back to these excuses for men and try to justify it with "I love him" or other sappy-ass bullshit.  Nothing justifies some creep, let alone someone who's supposed to fuckin' love you and protect you, hitting you.  Repeatedly!  Or to take your money or to control your life.  These are so-called "educated" women and the minute their loser-husbands call, they jump to.  WTF.  It pisses me off so damn bad.  More of the feminine gender needs to learn to lay down the fuckin' law or the huge portion of disgusting animals who think they can treat women this way are just going to continue to do so (because they can).  (Not to mention the damn dudes who sit by and let their buddies treat chicks this way.  That's right, we all see you a-holes who sideline and do nothing.  You aren't men either, fuckers!)  Not to say these women should in no way try to help their guys get some anger management or something, but there's a goddamn point where self-preservation should kick in.  Pisses me off.

Uh, end rant.  :)

Why would he get upset?  Is the guy on the lease, too?  Or is there no lease at all and the guy's friends with the landlord or something?

I got alot of money, an oversized dress shirt (I don't know what to do with it, Kary's mom gave it to me), and some colonge.

As of now, I bought an Indiana Jones Lego set, season 3 of Lost on DVD, and some other small crap. I still have to hit Macys.
I said its hot outside let me go swimming in your eyes;
We been running for awhile. Why don't you lay dow, I'll make you smile.
I could never ask for nothing better than this;
It's just tequila and the beach, it's quite salty when we kiss.
