I've seen before & after pictures where people did look a bit better, but honestly, most don't - they just look different. Whatever makes them happy, I guess. I think face lifts are creepy anyway - what good is a tightened face when you haven't taken care of your hands for decades? No such thing as a hand lift, honey, so you end up looking like a George Romero jump scene with your shiny masklike visage and your gnarled wrinkly claws.
