Author Topic: Panfried Tilapia with a nice tropical fruit salsa! (Read 20842 times)

First:

Add 1/2 a chopped pineapple
1 chopped mango
1/2 chopped red onion
1/2 a cup of cilantro
2 tbl spoons of strawberry jam
Juices of 3 limes
salt

Combine and let the salsa sit.

Lightly bread a tilapia (like a catfish, but better) and pan fry in butter, then lightly top with shredded cheese. Top the fish with some salsa, and enjoy!

Grilling is the best thing ever. My favorite place to eat is this chinese buffet which grills fresh food for you, AS PART OF THE BUFFET! They also make fresh sushi, and real sushi too. Not that crappy pickle and carrot sushi.
