Er, I mean, the Spurs.

I've never cared for basketball or the Sper-- Spurs, always gleefully cheering for the other team. I'd just like to see the Cavs get creamed handily this year. Then this annoying notion that this city matters because our team won another stupid championship or whatever can come and go quickly.

Not even people who watch basketball care.

I'm irritated by that comment that calls our city a "small town" when we're currently the seventh largest fucking city in the country. But I do know that we definetely don't have a big city feel. And because the city is so wide, developers build out instead of in and up, making the skyline pretty weak-suck. I think if we steal that big glowing ball-thing from Dallas, half of our problems will be solved.

No, but I'll revel in the joy of the normal banality returning to this city three games sooner. SA was in "Last Comic Standing". Did anyone see? Shamefully, I have never been in that comedy club in my life. I should probably go sometime. Meh.

You'll have to forgive me, Missouri doesn't have a pro-Basketball team and we have take Chicagos sloppy seconds.

Oh well...we do have the World Champion St. Louis Cardinals. So I'll live.

Well they're crying because Texans love their football and we can't get a pro team here, nor do we have, like, a high profile college team. SA is taking what victory it can get.

The last pro team called the Texans wound up in Kansas City and starting calling themselves the Chiefs. So historically speaking SA has a chance of catching them on the rebound.

Right now it's mainly Dallas Cowboy country here. I like the colour scheme at the least. Merla can't believe Troy Aikman reminds people of Mark Hamill.
