They're doing a third season of Working!! this season. This was a nice show, but it's been a while since the last run. I may have to brush up.
Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches let down about half-way. It was alright, but it became a dramatic production after a hilarious first-half. Instead of dwelling on the main characters they spun out to discover all the other witches, and then went into a plotline dealing with settling all the issues surrounding them. This is a one-season show, I guess, so they couldn't take their time, but that was a shame.
DanMachi turned out to be a really fun show. It got a lot of attention for big-boobed loli goddess Hestia, but outside of that I thought it was a really good show. It was basically taking the concept of a dungeon-crawler JRPG into animated form, and they pulled it off really well. Given its popularity a second season is assured, and there's plenty of plot threads left unresolved. In fact that was the only downer I had with it: the ending, though cool, did not contribute much to the over-arching storyline. But it did grow the characters, so it wasn't a loss. This one was a favorite of mine.
Fruit of Grisaia was in its second season when I picked it up, so I actually watched the first season. I was pretty surprised at how well I liked it, even if it's a glorified harem show. Focusing on the pasts of each girl and resolving their issues was oddly satisfying, but the second season picked up where the interseasonal OVA left off, and that's with the main guy's past, which was pretty dark, even in comparison to the last arc of season 1. I'm only a couple eps into that second season, but it's definitely got my attention.
My High School Love Comedy Snafu was a fun show in its first season, but not consistently so. I pulled down the second season, but I haven't started watching it, yet. Same with Nisekoi, which I liked better.
Ultimate Otaku Teacher did well in Japan, but I found it to be pretty meh....with weak animation, highly episodic, and nothing below the surface, I won't be coming back for more.
Shokugeki no Soma (Food Wars, I think) is best described as a combination coming of age story and food fan service, but despite this it's getting less interesting by the week.
Assassination Classroom ended well, and there has to be a second season coming for this since nothing was resolved at the end.
