So I'm supposed to go to this keg party and there's going to be drinking games just like beer fest.
As I'm pulling in I see a small white kitten trying to cross the parking lot. So I pull up slowly and it runs back under a car.
Then I park as close as possible and start walking back to where I saw it. Sure enough it's trying to cross in front of traffic again. So I hold my hand out to stop a car that was pulling up but the kitten just runs back under a parked car.
Then I lay down on the pavement and look at the kitten.
And it looks back at me.
I make sure no one is watching me and then try calling it out from under the car with some of the meows that used to work on our feral cats.
But this kitten isn't having it and just stares back at me.
So I try to move into position to just grab it but it must've bolted back under the apartment building cause it was gone when I leaned down again.
I guess it will be ok if it doesn't keep walking out into the parking lot during peak drunk driving hours. I'm going back to my friend's house tomorrow so I'll look around and see if I can find it.
I have a strong feeling that I should save it for some reason. Like if I do some crazy Pan's labrynth type shit will happen.
