While humanoid robots where used to come extent in the 2020s, their devolpment and matinence is rather expensive, and were generaly phased out by the late 2030s due to an the ecnomic depression.

Easy. It comes right off. And you can get double ended ones. A female wouldn't need to obtain a male robot body, they stick with wearing strap-ons or the robot makers would just manufacture a detachable penis bit for the female robot body to wear.
