How do you kill yourself by asphixiation? (sp) Is that the one where you stay in the car with the motor on?

Nono, I know what asphixia is! I was just curious as to what method he used. I kind of remember reading somewhere that it is nearly impossible for a person to drown him/herself.

He probably choked himself with a belt while whackin it. Sure it makes it feel better, but those neck marks are terrible to conceal.

I don't see the appeal much myself, especially this whole do-it-yerself shtick. If you need to nearly kill yourself to get off, maybe it's for the best when you get Darwinized.

Well, I'll be sure to whisper a thanks the next time I play More Than a Feeling on Guitar Hero.

As far as asphyxiation (suffocation) is concerned, that's what the coroner cites as the cause when someone kills themselves by breathing gas fumes or car exhaust or choking...death resulting from the inability to absorb oxygen in the lungs. A guy I knew died from it in high school because he tried eating a ham sandwich in one bite...he rolled it up, packed it in, chewed a bit, and swallowed. However, it went the wrong way and it couldn't be cleared in time to prevent his choking to death in the boy's bathroom.

I guess so that you can go softly into that good night should you be drowning or if someone happens to sneak up on you from behind with a bit of piano wire.

death by ham sammich is not an acceptable option for me.

At the point where I was about to choke to death the camera would zoom in on my left eye pupil and a flash back/training montage would occur with scenes like me fighting a yeti in a loin cloth and throwing my self off of a cliff only to nimbly zig zag jump down off of jutting rocks (ninja gaiden) till I reached the bottom unharmed. Then we'd zoom out of my pupil and there would be some jump cuts of stomach and neck flexing before we come back to my face and the offending sammich is expelled in a horrendous blast of powet! Shot across the men's room (in bullet time) and right into the corrupt vice principle's chest as he attemps to walk through the door. The blast back effect knocks him unconscious and we all escape into the hallway without getting detention.
