One of them is a full feature that my friend wrote. We're shooting in hi def and I play an evil pimpdaddy type character that beats the shit out of people.

The other movie is going to be submitted to that spielberg show (the one that is like american idol but for amateur film makers) where I will be playing a hulking evil character in a post apocalyptic world where water is sparse. I fight the hero for half a gallon of dirty water.

I'm sensing a trend here...but I'm fine with this trend. That guy that played shaokahn in MK 2 probably makes 100s of thousands a year and lives a great life, but then you add in my sensitive side that loves kittens and such and I might be able to transcend being the evil character and realize my destiny as a true star so that one day just like ron pearlman I can squeeze a lime into my eye, drink the tequila straight up, and take home the 19 yr old girl. He's like 40 right? God Bless America.

Yeah I know right. I auditioned for the film school projects and I'm hoping they pick me for something other than a juggernaut role.

Looking at his resume he has mostly been in guest starring roles on TV and low budget flops. I have doubts he makes a lot of dough and might have to do the sci-fi circuit to make the rent.

You know if you don't want to be typecast you may want to change your image. I mean if you are a big bald muscle bound guy...then they are going to put you in roles that fit big bald muscle bound guys. Which are usually Villains, Henchmen, and Sidekicks. Which ironically enough is what I'd use you for. I'd bulk down a little...re-grow your hair and trying shooting for more normal roles, and less ones involving post apocalyptic worlds or pimps. Not saying that to be mean, I just don't think you'll be anything more then the villain/Henchman/Sidekick till you change how you approach a role. I mean if you came to me and said "Rama, you think you could write a part for me in your next project." the best I could give you is a low level enforcer that the hero actually beats up. Sort of that overcoming the odds thing. Because with the way you look, it's about all I'd have for you. But if you weren't so huge and at least looked a little more average...I could put you in a lot of different roles. Ones with lines even!

A producer that I had 2 meetings with over the break told my friend who works for him that he sees me as a bruce willis type, but online I probably come off more vin diesel. If I could choose what kind of role I'd be picked for it would be action hero and this body type suits that. My personality has alot of other qualities that don't really shine through online. In one of my classes last year our final was to do a "show" where the first person got up and recited their monologue and then the next actor got up and said their monologue to the previous person and so on. I did sonnet 18 but as a father whose daughter is dying from cancer and I caressed the girl's face and gently held her and kissed her forehead at the end. It was beautiful and a guy cried. When someone who looks like me speaks from a place like that it has a very powerful and moving effect (according to a professional actor).

Plus if I ditch this body and look I'm gonna lose out on nailing all the beautiful babies! Making dudes cry with shakespeare doesn't get you laid!

And shaokahn guy has been steadily working year after year and is in 3 films coming out this year I seriously doubt he is having trouble making ends meet. The guy who played the joker's sidekick "Bob" in batman one played a bunch of small roles every year and made 6 figures (he pawned his daughter off on Danny Devito and my friend ended up dating her for awhile and subsequently hanging out with Devito alot, attending red carpet premieres and what not but that's another story).

Also, Vin Diesel is gay (or bi at least) the aforementioned friend had lunch with his publicist the other day.

And Julia Roberts fucked George Clooney while they were shooting Ocean's 11 even though she was dating what's his face at the time (his acupuncturist is my cousin).

Edit: But yeah if I keep getting pigeon holed as a villian I probably will drop some weight to try and look a little more bruce lee than arnold. With these 2 films though I can start assembling my reel but these will ideally be the only juggernaut roles I showcase on it.

Also at this time I wish to put everyone on notice that it is a fucking travesty that I am not in the movie 300. I watched the trailer again today. If I had been able to audtion for that movie I would have been in it for sure. Running around with your shirt off during epic battles, crushing my enemies, and loud guttural war roaring are what I was born to do. Without me this movie cannot live up to it's full potential so it's a sad day not just for me but for everyone who sees it.

It's usually 25 years before they attempt to make a remake. So you may be able to land the coveted, "Emilo" role in the remake of the Breakfast club.

There is a reason that Adventures in Babysitting is in the 5.50 bin at Wal-Mart. Most memorable thing about that flick was that little girls obession with Thor, that and everyone thought Shue was the girl in Playboy all through that movie. I don't even know why they were on an "Adventure".
