I don't know how many here care about Marvel comics, but everyone knows Storm. Now in the comics she's marrying the Black Panther... the only other real black super hero marvel has, because why? He can help her find her family.

This has just pissed me off! They turned a strong female X-man and perhaps the best known black super hero, and turned her into a whore. The love between the two is fucked up two. I could understand if they had a fling in the 1970s, or even just a passing glance before, but their entire romance has been retconned in six comics before the wedding!

I say boo to marvel, and fuck a Black Panther, the fucking black pajama wearing homo. Wolverine + Storm 4 life!

I read this, and it was really fucking hokey, especially how it tied in to Civil War.

I always get the impression that Marvel is trying their damnedest to make Black Panther matter, but he just doesn't. He's crap.

Luke Cage is infinitely superior. As is Blade.

Wolverine only wants Jean because he has a hangup on his dead wife, but frankly Wolverine fucks everyone. I think Storm and Wolverine just work. But I agree Joe, no one likes or cares about the Black Panther. I don't even wanna see the Avengers 2 now since it'll be all about his dumbass.

I honest-to-God laughed out loud when I read that comic. Good work, Rampage of Beast Wars fame.

Hell, even Patriot of the Young Avengers is cooler than Black Panther, and he's pretty lame himself.

I haven't really been following or paying attention to comics, but what I hate about this the most is just that they're gonna marry her off to what basically amounts to the other black person in the room. I'd be just as annoyed no matter the ethnicities involved here. Here's two Mexicans, let's marry them off and put them on the ark. Faggity gaggity.

I was thinking the same thing....It's like they took all the other black chracters in the Marvel Universe and just threw a dart and whatever one that hits is the one she'd marry and didn't even consider NOT marrying her off to one someone that may not have the same color or skin as she does. And what the fuck happened to Forge? I've been out of comics for awhile.

Especially since the only other married black character... is married to a white woman. There's no other black women, either. WEAK!

And Forge vanished in lieu of... whoever they're promoting right now. I hope Black Panther X Storm will vanish like Psylocke and Thunderbird III. Worst superhero ever!

There are actually quite a few black characters, just not many prominent ones. I forgot about Sasquatch from the Exiles, she's a black chick. Well, when she's not in her Sasquatch form anyway.
