I think McDonalds is ok for a meal. But only if you eat once a day like me.
You can eat McDonalds as your sole meal of the day? That's insane. Their problem is not only that their stuff will make you fat (it doesn't make me fat) but rather that you're getitng nothing of any nutritional value out of that filth.

And I'm thinking you've got an eating disorder if you only eat once a day.
When I eat at burger king, I only get the Salads. Im pissed because they got rid of the shrimp ones... but the chicken regular salad with the italian dressing is great.

I eat subway alot too, but then considering the quality of food there that's not really fast food.

I only eat once a day. It's usually one big meal where I just pig out and eat more then I should and then I'm just not hungry the rest of the day. Although, from time to time I do eat two, one at each extreme of the day.

Eating once a day is becoming more-and-more common these days.  I went through phase where I did it myself.  It wasn't a personal choice as much as my schedule only allowed me to eat once and rarely twice a day.  Now that I have a normal job, I eat three regular meals daily.

I have no choice but to eat 4-6 times a day as training makes me hungry at least that much.

But I don't eat anything fun, food is a task more than an ejoyable comodity...except on cheat day.

I agree with Zero, most times I don't have time to eat more than once a day, so its mostly a nice big lunch/dinner

It's actually much better for you health to eat more smaller meals than to eat less large ones. It helps your body digest at a faster rate and get more of the food which keeps you from stocking up a bunch of fat and going into daily starvation mode. It's also much easier on your stomach.

The multiple small meal thing also increases your metabolism and helps shed teh pounds.  Or teh 0.45 * kilo if you're non-US.
Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Yep - in that respect, hypoglicemia was the best thing that ever happened to me.  I have an obscenely early breakfast, an apple around 9 AM, lunch around 11:30-12, almonds or pistachios around 3, and dinner around 6:30-7.  I'm rarely hungry after that, but if so, something light, like a small glass of soy milk.  My weight hasn't fluctuated more than 2-3 pounds during the holidays in over 2 years.  With a morbidly obese grandmother, mother and sister, my concern isn't just for vanity's sake.

I learned recently from looking at the new boxes that 3 boxes of 6-piece Chicken McNuggets constitute the entire daily recommended value of sodium. That may have been why I felt such a weird salty-ish aftertaste.

I've cut back on $1 McNugget Tuesdays...
Err, wait no, they constitute ALMOST the entire daily recommended value.  28% per 6-piece box.

I would cut out the mayo and use fat free or 2% cheese, but if that's all your're gonna eat for the day then you need all the calories you can get.

I eat two meals, usually because I don't get up early enough for breakfast.  When I had class, I was in such a hurry every mornng I would grab an oatmeal square or something portable on the way out.

That's sort of what I do.  Have a quick snack around 9:30 and then lunch and supper. I just can't put anything down as soon as I get up.

Turkey Bacon isn't bad at all, though the Mayo and cheese is, but then I just ate a chilicheese hotdog, so I shouldn't talk.

Not that one. The other one I had had mustard, onions, and picle slices on it. I was gonna put some hotsauce, but didn't.

I should also add that 3 out 5, breakfast upsets my stomach and makes me, um, "sick".  I don't know why that happens.  If I have toast or something breadish, I'm usually okay.  Cereal, juice, eggs especially... they don't like going into Nuri too early in the morning.  I only eat cereal when I have time to make sure it's settled.
