If you think abortion is bad now, you should read how people in places like acient Rome and Greece got rid of unwanted children. Since abortion was way too dangerous back then, they'd just throw the child in the trash.

Seriously. They'd toss the child out in the landfill and leave him to die. Was called "exposing" the child, like exposing him to the elements, leaving him to freeze to death or starve to death.

Luckily, most children survived the fate of death, as Rome was short on slaves, and slave merchants would pick through the trash and raise the babies to be house servants.

What's trash for one family becomes a financial asset to another.
