I had to deal with 12 years of dodgeball, and they're just NOW wanting to ban it? Fuck them! Let the damn kids play dodgeball one day and then use the tarp with the blow up ball the next.

Same here. That and ping pong. Ultimate Frisbee only holds fond memories because a kid shit his pants during the game.

omg they taught u that on gym class?? in our gym class they would teach us softball, basketball(of course no one did this), track, volleyball(my most hated sport), and tennis

We did Volleyball, Softball, Indoor Hockey and Track in addition to the other stuff, but Dodgeball, Ping-Pong and Ultimate Frisbee were my gym teachers preferences.

I've never played Ultimate Frisbee. What is it exactly?

Basically, it's a hybrid of football and keep-away. You play on a field and try and get the frisbee to the opposing team's goal. However you cannot tackle the person with the frisbee or grab it from them and you can only move a set amont of steps when you have the frisbee.
