Heard about this Nuri?

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (Reuters) -- A Texas county has told registered sex offenders to stay in their homes and not take part in the festivities on Halloween, when costumed children go from house to house seeking treats.

"They won't decorate, they won't turn on their porch lights. They will not give out candy, and they will not be on the streets after dark," said Susan Reed, District Attorney of Bexar County which includes the city of San Antonio.

Halloween should not be "curb service for perverts", Reed said, adding: "We are trying to keep kids from going to sex offender houses, knocking on the doors, and having a pervert meet them there."

Under Texas law those convicted of a sex crime are included on a registry which is open to the public.

Reed said probation officers in the county had helped her get sex offenders in the county to sign statements agreeing to the restrictions, which she said would be imposed annually.

That third paragraph cracked me up.  Like some guy is going to be standing on the porch offering a waist-high bowl of candy for the kids to dig through with a strategic hole cut in the bottom.

Guess I know which uncle won't be handing out candy this year.  Ha ha, that's stupid.  I don't see them doing this with murderers, rapists, or theives.  They shouldn't get "curbside service" either.

"TRICK OR TREAT!"
"A VICTIM!  RRRRAAAAWH!"
"GYAAAAAAAH!"

Don't eat the unwrapped candy, it could have jizz on it.  And wear reflectors.  All the advice a kid needs.  Or here's an idea: the parents can stop being lazy and look up the perverts online and avoid their homes their damn selves.  I like that one myself.

LOL @ said Uncle!  They should make all criminals stay home.  What about drunk drivers and drug abusers?!?  Jeez  how the heck are they even going to police that sort of thing.  Look up the pedos on-line and avoid those houses.  It isn't that much work.  All they need to do is look up their street and maybe a couple one or two others.  Kids do not need that much candy.

There's all kinds of squaking going on here because Halloween is on Sunday night which is so UNFAAAAIIIRRR, so apparently some kids are going to be coming around on Saturday (and Sunday as well, no doubt).  I found this out today when Eddie asked me if I wanted him to pick up candy to be ready for Saturday, and I almost lost it. Any little fucktards who ring our bell on Saturday get a shrinp boullion cube.

I don't care if I am repeating my response from the other thread, but "too fucking bad" comes to mind.  It's on a Sunday, so deal.

Sis is right about those drunks and drug dealers.  They could be giving Pwecious weed and booze!  Drug dealers shouldn't get curbside service either!

I don't know why kids complain about it being on Sunday.  In my area, trick or treating is between 5:30 and 7:30.

I kind of wish that I didn't have to work now so I could do some trick or treating with friends.

Or here's a better idea.

The parents could actually go out WITH their kids, instead of unleashing them upon the world unsupervised and giving lots of pedos and killers chances to grab a random unsupervised kid off the street.
I like to go down to the playground and watch the kids run and jump and scream, because they don't know I'm only using blanks.

Modern anime is a stagnant cesspool of regurgitated ideas.

Why not just let the parents go INSTEAD of the kids?

That way the children can safely stay at home and look at pr0n on the internet.

I got home from work just now.  My mom told me we had 0 trick-or-treaters.  And then it occured to me... perhaps all of the houses around us are in compliance with that agreement.....

Perhaps your neighbors scared them away.

I was looking up sex offenders on this and freaking out.  None in my neighborhood or anything, so they get credit for that.  But there's just so many of them.  https://www.crimereports.com/
