Wait, what? I hope you don't mean that the actual Oil Filter got a hole in it and someone charged you 36 bucks to fix it. Cause if that's case I have something to tell you. You could go down to Wal-Mart and for between 4-10 bucks(depending on the brand) you could buy a new oil filter and then just reach in there, unscrew the old one and put the new one on. It takes like 10 mins tops. So I hope that's not the case, cause if it is....man, someone put you over a table and reapeatly anal raped you out of like 26 bucks.
