POkemon. 2.B.A Master. Pokemon the First Movie Soundtrack, Pokemon 4ever soundtrack. Pocahontas soundtrack,
Good god. I feel so unclean. Mostly about the first three.
Eric Stuart and that other chick must've had a shitload of fun on that Team Rocket song though.
And I don't care what anyone says, that "Vacation" song is STILL good. One of the few good songs on all three of those Pokemon CD's.

I don't want it to be easy, I want it to be right.

I have like... 8 pokemon CDs but I don't have Pokemon 4ever. I checked out after the 3rd.

The first movie CD was solid. It made an M2M fan out of me.

The score for the first movie which came out later was great too.

Also the 2 B A Master had some great hits.

Don't have much else good to say about the other stuff.

Yeah, I gotta admit the instrumental work for 2.b.a master was solid, but the lyrics just cheese it up too much for me now.

I don't want it to be easy, I want it to be right.

The only thing I have that I could consider mildly heinous is the soundtrack to Dragon Ball Z, the soundtrack that goes with the mid-nineties pre-Funidub version.  And maybe the Xena Warrior Princess soundtracks 1, 2, and 4.  I like some of it....  Anything I didn't like or wondered why I owned it, I gave away a couple of years ago.

I found a Garth Brooks record among my collection the other day.

Every cd I've ever bought is in a large book right now and they all get listened to.  My musical taste really hasn't changed at all

A bit off-topic, but I think movie "soundtracks" that have "music from and inspired by" the movie are bullshit.

Btw, I only have 2.B.A. Master. I would like to have that "Pokemon World" intro song though.

Also, the first Pokemon Advanced Generation Japanese intro/song is great.

"Music inspired by" crap pisses me off.  Unless it was intended to originally be in the movie and it's there as a bonus track, I don't want to hear it.

As do I. I thought it was going to take the cake in this thread, but I hadn't counted on anyone actually owning  a Pokemon CD, let alone several.

Aside from the Ace of base CD, which in my defense was my first CD when I made the move from cassettes to CDs, I do own the soundtrack to "Ace Venture: When Nature Calls." But I got that as a X-mas gift from a very misguided soul. And it does have "Blur the Technocolor" by White Zombie on it, so that's a plus.

If I went by what was on them, I could probably go through my Evangelion CDs and throw away half of them by virtue of having "Fly Me To The Moon" repeated over and over.  That one song probably accounts for 15% of my entire musical library....

Right Said Fred - "Up".

Who, you ask?

Remember "I'm too sexy for _____" ?
Tortures end me,
Death befriends me.
Of all the pains, the greatest pain
is to love, and love in vain.

I got that song recently from one of Merla's dancey-dance CDs.  My Right Said Fred collection is now complete.

And what's wrong with owning an Ace of Base CD?  They saw the sign.  They opened up their eyes and saw the sign.

Yeah, No idea what song that is, haven't heard it ever, not anywhere near your STATE, so you go ahead, owl chick, and play that to your hearts content!
The sign still said "WILL SELL SOUL FOR TALENT".

Surely you've at least heard the Bananarama "Cruel Summer".  Didn't they play that in the Karate Kid or something?

Bananarama is to Ace of Base as Aerosmith is to Linkin Park.
I like to go down to the playground and watch the kids run and jump and scream, because they don't know I'm only using blanks.

Modern anime is a stagnant cesspool of regurgitated ideas.

In the End is the only title I can think of. If you want more, just look in some goth/emo kid's blog, you'll probably find the lyrics to about six of their songs.

Man I knew I was getting old when someone had to explain to me what a EMO was. Course I was being acused of being one because of my choice of Shoes at the time....which are Chuck Taylor allstars. But I had been wearing those since 89 well before the current Emo craze. When I asked what my accuser wore, they said Vans. Which is what all the posers where wearing in my days so I got a chuckles out of how much had changed.
