Trading Spouses is yet another idiotic reality show - here married couples exchange families for a week or so in the hopes that it will revitalize their marriage or whatever - a G-rated Temptation Island of sorts. The only thing good about these shows is that they rather refute the fundie claim that marriage will be destroyed if gays are allowed to do so legally since straight people have been hell-bent on making marriage a prime time joke for several seasons now on Fox. <_<

I used to watch that momswap one for a while. The one on ABC. There so many things to watch though that I've just had to drop stuff. The Amazing Race becoming a family thing made it pretty easy to drop that one. And I've seen the last few seasons on Survivor and their twists suck now more than ever, so I didn't bother with that one. I don't have an hour to give to What Not To Wear. I don't get Style anymore so I don't watch How Do I Look. I dropped America's Next Top Model primarily because I missed the beginning, so I can't really get into it so that freed up another hour. Rockstar: INXS has been over with. The only thing I watch now that's kinda reality are those decorating shows on HGTV.
