I'm pretty sure it's subtract, explaining why people in the west coast and hawaii come to chats late when it's actually still early over there. We have news at 10 and not 11. AS starts at 10. 1 am is when AS goes into repeats.

If that's the case Rama, why do I always hear ads for shows say something like "10pm, 9pm Central." Texas is central not mountain right? Which means if it was 12am eastern, it would be an hour behind in San Antonio.
