Even when I use Classico, I fool with it. I get fresh rosemary & parsey from outside, throw in mushrooms, wine, etc. Ragu just reminds me of eating at my former in-law's. I loved my mother-in-law to pieces, but she coudn't cook worth a shit.

I'll start with tomato paste and fresh tomatoes. From there, I'll add vegetables, cooked beef and sausage. As it's cooking I'll season it until it starts tasting good.
