Ever heard of condensed milk? I think it's a powder that you add water to. Or like, that baby formula mix that comes in powder form.

So, I think that's how they do it...

So like, has anyone had Spider-Man cereal? The one based on the 90's animated series, not the movies. They were white cr0n chex pieces with marshmallow shapes.

Nope. Urkel-O's were strawberry and banana flavored O's, while T's cereal was sweetened T-shaped puffs with marshmallows.
