this other one http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...2294378459&rd=1

The top top part is different, as well as the lower left (either a barcode or Spidey face). Is one of them a reprint? Or a different printing/edition?

The one with the Spidey head in place of the UPC symbol is either

a) a reprint
B) a direct copy... as in, mailed to you or something and not put on the newsstand or in a store.

Definately a reprint, possibly counterfit. If it's a reprint, it's been altered. Those spidey heads are usually put in TPBs or in gallery books.
