Damn skippy. Sadly, I did not have this delicious device.
Get a little closer let it fold
Cut open my sternum and pull
My little ribs around you

The same company sells these three refrigerated pastas can be found in the cheeses section: Wild Mushroom Agnolotti, Chicken Marsala Ravioli, and Butternut Squash Agnolotti.  I really like the mushroom one.  I haven't gotten to try the chicken one yet.  I don't know if the stores around me sell that one.  The butternut squash was a swing and a miss.  It's accented with some cookie crap and it's too sweet for me.  None of them have sauce, so it's not comparable to what the same company used to sell because the sauce really added flavor.  But the mushroom one is okay with some olive oil.  There's also this other brand I found that is striped in red and yellow.  It's a butternut squash one that's decent.  (Since it doesn't have the sweetness the other one has.)  You can find these at Super Target.
