I like to smush them in my mouth. I like 'em melted, but I'm not to choosy, whether they're melted or partially so. They're ready when the shell cracks, after ten seconds our so.

Yo Fiero last week I had the most delicious beef tartare evar. It was as big as my hand, with a raw egg yolk on top. hmmm I thought of you.

Fiero, I discovered yet another overpriced vegetable here: the tomato. A set of 5 little tomatoes can cost 5 bucks. Sometimes ONE tomato can cost more than 6 bucks.
