Last thing I ate was chocolate birthday cake. I had a belated b-day party this past Sunday so I had another cake, nutritiously filled with "two pounds of chocolate mousse".

Yeah, the inside is starches, so no problem. The skin requires enzymes the human body does not possess naturally. So if we keep eating it for a few million years, we might develop it.
