Fuck you, man. That show was ass even when it was new. Hahaha.

Oh yeah, I also caught a few episodes of Visionaries. Horrible.

I still wouldn't mind getting a hold of some Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, but I can't imagine it being much better than the rest.

Count Duckula, too. Hmm...

I bought Merla a Jayce tape since she used to love that show.  From the few episodes I saw, I thought it held up decently.  Not like when I was bored out of my mind watching 80's Transformers.  Ha ha.

Sweet Jesus, man. You can't be serious. That shit was atrocious! Even the intro sucked, and 80's cartoon intros always rule!

I hear you on the Transformers, Nuri. That stuff isn't even worth watching for giggles. Same goes for He-Man, and that guy was like a god to me as a kid. It's shit now. All of it.

And now you are dogging Masters of the Universe too? There was some good shit in He-Man.

Rama, I loved He-Man. When I was 5 years old I wanted nothing more than to be He-Man. But watching the show now, man, it just kills all those childhood memories. Utter crap!

Well it was made for eight-year-olds.... What did you expect? It's good for what it is. It dealt with a lot more serious issues that most toons now won't even touch. The Problem with Power is the best example of that. Skeletor makes He-Man think he has killed someone and he gives up his powet because of his self doubt and feeling that he is no longer worthy to continue to be He-Man. That's some pretty serious shit for a demographic of 5-10 year old boys. You just can't watch these with adult eyes. If I watched Power Rangers with Adult eyes I'd have to have a barf bag next to my chair, but I watch it keeping in mind it's for kids and I enjoy it.... That goes for most of the toons I enjoyed as a kid.

Adult eyes aside, some things just don't plain age well.  Prince Adam wore pink.  Even as a little girl, I knew that was horribly wrong.

You're right there. I can't defend that. I can only think that they wanted something that was the polar opposite of the extreme macho of He-Man and that came down to a pinks and purples on Adam. Not a good choice, but eh......

Well at least as far as polar opposites go, if that was their aim, they succeeded tremendously.

Being able to run around naked outdoors whenever you want comes at a high price.

Well after finally watching it.....the only thing that got a chuckle out of me was the Red Ranger constantly calling himself "Jose Canseco".That and "When it doubt, whip it out." Other then that though....not so funny.

You're right, it's not nearly as good as their first effort, The Juggernaut Bitch, which went so far as to get a nod in X3.
