Belated Father's Day post. (What did you do?)

It was awesome.  We went over to my dad's and ate shrimp with dirty rice and a super-moist coconut cake while watching Ninja Warrior all day long.  (I luv u, Nagano!)

BTW Rama, he has DirectTV.  Heh, I think.

Well if he had Dish I could have helped you. But I know a guy that has Direct and I can ask him how he does it and pass that on.

Both dads gone to their reward.  The dogs didn't get Eddie anything, but one of the cats brought in a lizard.

I did my usual Sunday routine and tried to ignore the day as much as possible until I could go by the cemetery.
Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Eddie got invited to a baby shower lunch for an obnoxious co-worker who always brags about being so wealthy that he could quit tomorrow.  Thinks life isn't going to change for him one bit when they have a kid because wife will stay home to do all the work.  I told Eddie to chip in $10 considering he's going to have a front-row seat to the trainwreck.  Karma's aim with the cold wet twisted reality towel is unerring and painful.
