A woman has been arrested after drugging her husband and tying him to his bed before cutting off his penis and throwing it into the garbage disposal, it has been reported. Catherine Becker, 48, is said to have made her husband dinner at their California home on Monday night and put an unknown poison or drug in the food to make him pass out. When he woke up, he was tied to a bed and could not move while his wife took a knife to his genitalia before throwing the organ into the garbage disposal and turning it on, police said. Authorities were called to the couple's home in Garden Grove, just south of Los Angeles, after Becker called 911 reporting a medical emergency. When officers arrived, they found her husband bleeding from his crotch. The 52-year-old man was rushed to UCI Medical Center, where he is now in a serious condition following emergency surgery. While searching the home, officers found a knife and a rope.

This type of crime is no different than sawing off someone's arm or leg in fact it's worse. It also trumps rape in the list of crime severity as far as I'm concerned.
Anyone who does this should be locked up for life.
The only time that an insanity plea for this type of crime would be legit is if a chick (or a dude for that matter) was raped and tracked down the rapist and cut his dong off.

But, I dunno, he later ended up going into the pr0n industry. I think something like 6 months after it was re-attached, he had a contract for Bobbitt: UNCUT or something along those lines. Never mind that he's more or less illiterate. While I would like to think they did their best to explain it to him, I can't help but imagine it was like an iTunes agreeement where he just okay'd it and everyone moved along without a thought.

He had to sign a form consenting to the circumcision, but apparently not the chopadickoffomy.
Now, if he signed a form with it written on there that they might have to do that, and he didn't read it because he was illiterate or lazy or plain stupid, his third leg has no legal leg to stand on.
