April Fool's Day sucks. The only decent AFD related thing I've seen in years is when Adam pretended someone else took over his domain. The fucking farting over the Adult Swim anime and the spam at Toonzone where normally coherent posters act like drooling idiots wasn't cool.

Merla was telling me she heard pranks done after noon on the 1st were bad luck. Anyone else hear that one?

So was I. You know, it's not as if I haven't ever laughed at a damn fart before, but that many just wasn't funny. (Especially when they cut over dialogue.) Why didn't they add some other f/x like car crashes and Harpo Marx horns or something else? How could a half hour of gross farts be so amusing? It's like what are you, two?

Yeah it was just fart after fart, I wouldn't have minded if they had just put them in the intro, but over the whole damn show..damn.But it wasn't as bad as when they showed the same Screwy Squirrel cartoon for like 12 fucking hours straight. Anyone else remember that or am I the only one? Anyways that was a damn annoying Aprils Fools days. I wanted to watch Centurions damnit!

The past few years I've had CN, I've almost never watched it on April Fool's. Not on purpose, hell, I usually forget what day it is. It just didn't work out that way. I don't think I've been missing anything from the sounds of it.

I avoid the internet on Apirl's Fools day. You don't know what too and not to believe on that day...So I just don't come on and then on 2nd it's all sorted out what was and wasn't a joke.

I was amused at the scribbled faces on Witch Hunter Robin....last year? Year before?

We got AF'd by circumstance when we dropped off some stuff at a Purple Heart donation truck Saturday morning. Someone had left three 4-week-old puppies on a blanket in a pile of junk, so there went the weekend. We get to keep them for another month since they can't be adopted until they're 8 weeks old.
