...Or just imagine if 50 dicks darted out at you at once.  That would be a better description of a 'cluster fuck'.

A situation in which one is unpleasantly besieged from many sources or which is complicated by excessive details/persons, like a traffic jam.  It was flattering, but I would have been there from 4 PM - 5 AM downtown for the weekend with around 100,000 people, most of whom were there solely to get drunk.   I'd rather work a nice calm bondage party, thank you.  :P

Well here the party is only from 9pm to 2am (damn Philly and its laws!)

We have to stop serving alcohol at 2, but doors stay open many times until 3 or 4.  My cousin didn't get home from his club until 10 AM on New Year's Day because they had a breakfast buffet and didn't run everyone out until 4 AM.  Better than turning a bunch of drunks loose at 2, but no fun to work.  One doesn't leave when the bar closes - there's inventory to take, cleanup, balancing your cash drawer, doing the tip-out (the only fun part).  2 AM close usually means home at 4-4:30.

We can't drink on the job - well, not openly.  :P  I almost never take my shift end beer.  Maybe Bailey's on ice.  After I've been pouring, getting doused in spray & smelling it all night, the last thing I want is beer.

Last night was crazy. I threw out 2 guys for being beligerantly drunk and one guy because he couldn't stop moshing (we have a live band area and a DJ room).  He kept sneaking back in because we were so packed and understaffed we couldn't watch the railings, so I just kept throwing him out.
