On this christmas eve I go out to buy presents. Amongst throngs of cubans who fill me with resentment. The people del diablos I call them. My strange "foreign" tongue is not understood in their forum. I know hitler was wrong, but I feel with some surety. Something must be done about their racist majority. So, while out using my credit card to buy gifts. I'll wonder "how did it come to this?" When will they ever repeal these laws? That set foreign criminals free on our shores. Still, I shall return victorious with presents for all. Muttering under my breath about Miami's downfall.

Yesterday I decided to drop by the drug store for non Chritmas related prescription drop off and soap purchasing...

... the drug store in a mall...

... the middle of suburbia on one of the highest store populated roads in the city...

... accross the street from a Best Buy...

I'm thinking of going to to the mall where there is a Target across the street. I have this target rewards coupon for 10% off a day of shopping and it expires today.

Like two weeks. Ago I bought my mom a gift. On Ebay. It still. Hasnt arrived yet. This sucks I was gonna surprise her whats worse the seller is no longer registered ebay user. Lets fighting love.

I usually Christmas shop sometime in August, but this year I delayed too long. But instead of going on Friday and Saturday, I said the hell with it. They'll be plenty happy with what I'd already procured. And they were. The only one who knew the difference was me.

It's not worth one going out and coming back pissed at the world immediately before the day you're ostensibly celebrating.

On Christmas Eve, I stayed home, got on the internet, napped, and then watched "Creature Comforts" and some "Full Metal Alchemist". I cooked myself dinner and lounged alone peacefully. Then I sat and nodded in quiet awe as Merla upon her return from Grandmother's house regaled me with her tales of her cucumber salad and our cousins' MR children. Also, my mom's gay cousin visited. I like him, but I figure it will be about another year before I see him again, barring a family death of course.
