It appears to be the duty of Yahoo! Personals to creep me out. That lady looks like Baraka or whatever his name was from Mortal Kombat. I expect Quasimodo in a future ad.

So I guess that means she looks like Mileena without the mask. As Mileena was technically half-tarkatan (Baraka's freakshow race).
