I actually don't feel old in terms of biology. I feel better off now physically than I did at 18 with a couple of exceptions. (Which, btw, are my wrists--which are probably strained from typing so much at both work and home--and my hearing--which I fucked up on my own with loud music.) It's just mentally, I feel like Gandalf sometimes for whatever reason.
