I wouldn't want a glass eye. As it stands, I could one day have my left eye fixed, there's just nothing sophisticated enough to correct it yet.

I hate it when I try to make eye contact with someone with one functioning eye and I pick the wrong damn eye. It's like, damnit, I was following a bogey this whole time. Usually if I can get them to look somewhere and then observe which eye was actually looking.

You wouldn't notice anything with me. When my left eye was still just "legally blind", I trained it to move in sync with my right eye. So now, I can move my left eye to look in the same position as the right.

It used to be just blurs and shadows in my left eye, sometime around New Years, vision in my left eye went completely black.
