What the hell kind of parent lets an inexperienced driver operate a pimped assault vehicle on icy roads? :angry: Nevermind that the fucker gets 10.5 miles to the gallon and is virtually guaranteed to kill the occupants of any other vehicle it hits.

I saw a leter to the editor somewhere that said anyone who drives a Hummer is figuratively dragging a dead American soldier behind it. Good reply for any ditzy yupmoo who prattles about how Patriotic she feels while dropping off her brats at soccer prac tice. <_<

What cracks me up about Hummers is that the owners are universally oblivious to how butt-ugly the things are because they think they're impressing people by implying that they don't have to worry about the sticker price and operational costs. The red ones look like fire trucks, the yellow ones look like school buses, the black/grey ones look like industrial hearses, and the white ones look like taqueria vans. Eddie royally pissed off one bimbo in a white one by yelling, "HEY - HOW MUCH FOR A GORDITA?" to her at the light. I almost ran off the road.

My friend and I walked past one in line at the drive-through at Burger King (I'm surprised that it made it throuh). I yelled, "A soldier died so you can play soldier in your car" or something like that.

Guys have to know that's what a LOT of women think when we see Hummers or deulie trucks. They can't be that dense. <_<

Damn good thing Hummers are almost impossible to wreck. At 10,300 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight, they're EXCLUDED under personal auto policies in all states (except HI, MA, NC & TX) as of 1/1/05, since the limit will be 10,000. Unless they have an agent who's on the ball & gets them an alternate policy, some big boys are gonna have those little dicks in a wringer if they hit someone.
