It is their anti-tea party movement (at least that is what it looks like to me).
Get a little closer let it fold
Cut open my sternum and pull
My little ribs around you

It's an attempt to replicate the get-together Glen Beck put together awhile back. Only two problems with that: A) they're looking for 65,000 people, whereas the Beck rally was closer to 500,000, and B) most of the porta-potties in town (800 or so) have been appropriated by the Marine Corps, as they're having an event that same week.
Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Ha ha, fail.  I looked up if there was one in my city and, like, seven people are interested but no one's stepped up to organize it yet.

Paying for something completely useless isn't lame.  Enjoy your music video-less music channels, your live-action shows on Cartoon Network, and your mispelled giant-bug movie network.
