Hoey 101
« on: Dec 19, 2007, 01:23:24 AM »
Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney's 16-Year-Old Sister, Announces Pregnancy.  I thought this was a joke article when I first came across it because apparently the Spears mother was writing a book on Christian parenting, which made me LOL.  But, it's, like, legit.     Not shocking news so much as funny in a fucked-up sort of way.

But remember, it's gay marriage that threatens the morality of our young people, not the actions of their idols.....

How stupid of her!  Well that's the end of her show.  I was ever more disgusted by the fact that she is on the cover of the newest issue of OK magazine announcing that she is preggo, flaunting it.   In the world there is no longer shame in being an unmarried teen with child.  It was a joke that the spears mother was writing a parenting book and I am glad that project has been axed.  She is not a good mother, she is a bad mother.  I know Brittany is an adult but all her bad behavior boils down to her parents.  The girls were not raised with morals and values.  When you are you think twice about doing anything that would shame your family.

Not that it's my problem anymore, but I find it amusing that my fundie company refuses to list birth control as a covered prescription under the drug plan on moral grounds, yet  has no problem paying all medical expenses and maternity leave for unmarried employees.   We've got 4 with buns in the oven at the Houston office alone, and none of them are planning on marrying the fathers; just collecting child support.

That shows us that trailer trash, even if they have lots of money, will always be trailer trash.

Blah, then they shouldn't have any drug plan at all.  In fact, there should be "no drugs" on "moral grounds".  God decides whether you live or die!

They'd probably still cover infertility treatments since they're always referred to as "miracles of God" when they work.  Guess "miracle of the whack-off cup and the turkey baster" doesn't quite have the same ring.
