Vtech might kick in...
All my school needs is a shooting by an angry Korean. They've already had enough mess with strikes and budget problems and PR bullshit.
BTW, you're delivering pizza, and you don't pack heat? Are you brave, dumb, indifferent, or is there something in the small print that prohibits it?
Small print. I know some people who carry mace. I wish I could carry a gun but most of the neighborhoods I've been to aren't that bad. Although the guy I drove home said that his neighborhood has people shooting guns almost every night.
I do have a
55 watt/1 million candlepower halogen light. (not that one but similar) It's bright enough to put a beam of light on the top of a 30 story building. It's bright enough to temporarily blind someone. It's so bright if you shine it at your face your face feels hot, and if you put your hand in front of the lens it's extremely hot. It uses a real halogen lightbulb like they use in car high beams, not one of those fake halogen bulbs they use in dollar store flashlights. It's also heavy and metal, so I can use it as a club as well.
I knew this guy who made a shitload of money delivering pizza because he'd take all the seedy addresses. He'd knock on the door and hear, "WHADDA FUCK??!! Oh, the pizza...." The door would open enough for him to surreptiously glance in and see tables with wrapped bundles and stacks of money, which he acted like he didn't see because he was busy slipping the pizzas out of the carrier. He'd get a $50 shoved at him for a $20 order with a terse, "Keep it, man" and the door would slam. Can't remember if he packed or not, but he never got messed with. Maybe there was an unspoken agreement with the neighborhood not to fuck with the pizza guy - a hungry dealer is a cranky dealer.
I must be going to the wrong seedy neighborhoods, because in those places, they want ALL the change back. Even the coins. They're cheap as hell.
