Christmas hasn't come yet.

But yeah, that pisses me off, too. I know I shouldn't stereotype and I should be all "la raza" and all, but hell, too many Mexicans here just drive all willy-nilly with no license and a beer in their hands. Not that I can compare the number to blacks, whites, and Asians, but hey that's who lives here. Some of the kids that worked at the old fish place used to drive that way also if I recall. That LJS is dead, too, did I ever mention that? Closed about a year ago or so after their lease with the mall ran out.

I hate crossing the street to the bus stop. It's a main road and nobody can fucking drive. You'll have nine different cars going ten different speed limits and sometimes there's just not a window to cross. At peak times (like when the dumbasses are getting out of school/work), it's an utter nightmare. One time it took like ten minutes to cross because I couldn't get a break.

Downtown ain't so bad. At least there's crosswalks. There's this one place where they can turn right though, and nobody understands that if there's a fucking pedestrian, I get the fucking right of way. Shit, I have a crosswalk and the little walking man for crying out loud and they still glare at me like how dare I walk when they could be turning. Someone at the DMV's just giving licenses away.

I have a car, but I tend to walk anyway because gas is expensive and I'm always broke. I only drive if I'm going more than about two miles away and/or I have to carry stuff.

I was crossing a one-way street on the way to work today and this dumbass going the wrong way honked and flipped me off cause I made him stop for me. I pointed at the sign and made a point of walking around the back of his car to look at his license plate, and he took off.

Downtown here is all one-ways and bottlenecks and stupid street ornaments, so driving in it can be really fun. There are a few spots where trees make it almost impossible to see cars coming on the street you're trying to turn on. Then we have those stupid street-island things where you have to drive circles around a retarded garden thing to get to a street right by an area with lots of bars. And the people here are retarded enough to try and pass each other while driving the circle.

What's bad in this case is that the guy is illegal and has a rap sheet. WTF wasn't this guy dealt with already? Another bad thing...a son named "Ariel"? Did he have scales from the waist down or something? Or maybe a seashell brassiere?

Oh, well. Too bad that movie didn't die with them. Nothing pisses me off more than going to grandmother's for Christmas and all the cousins are watching this insipid pile of garbage that's already been on fifty times in the past 24 hours when there's something important on to watch, like a bowl game or Mythbusters or something.

Then again, if Christmas Story died with him, that'd mean Porky's would have to go, and that's just unacceptable. The scene with Ms. Ballbreaker asking the principle for a penis inspection and the coaches freaking out with laughter was quite possibly the funniest thing ever committed to celluloid.
