Well, I have some good news and some bad news, after sitting in a court room for 4 hours.

I'm not going to prison. Sorry guys.

The bad news is I'm not quite out of the water yet. The "victim" had attempted to have the charges dropped. She talked to a child psychologist who deals with abused children and teens, and told her nothing had happened between us. The shrink talked to the detective who said the case would be dropped...and it wasn't. The detective denies he talked to the shrink, in other words the crooked cop lied. Bastard needs to be beaten Rodney King style.

Not only that but I heard a rumor the mother wanted to drop the charges but the prosecution wanted to go on with the case. So we have a cop who lies, and a prosecutor who's a nazi feminist bitch who wants to send all men to jail.

So I can still go to jail or probation.

I have considered telling you the the full truth about the case, who the players of the case are and exactly what's going on right now. In some ways, it may clear up a lot of things and make me look innocent. But knowing you bastards, you'd twist it to make me look like more of a pedo. So I'm not giving you any more details.

Maybe I'll explain it more later, maybe I won't. Just know I won't go to prison no matter how much you want me to. And also know the system is crooked and fucked up for those who don't have money. Those who have money get off easily. Those who don't, get shafted.

I can vouch for that. We pretty much broke even on my father's wrongful death lawsuit. The managed care organization is gone, but the doctors who had no problem with the evil system practice to this day. <_<
