Just curious.
Anyway, it's a comic that stars a cat PI and it has to have some of the sweetest looking art I've ever seen. I just bought books one and two and the Sketch Files book.
For some reason, I see E liking this comic as well. It has like a fifties-style, film noir, hardboiled detective setting and for some reason I thought of E. Do you even like that sort of thing, E? And more importantly, why does Merla keep calling you Ransu?
-
I'm only really aware of Sgt. Grumbles...
-
this is where sgt grumbles is from?
-
I don't even know who that is.
-
Furries!
-
Beware of the Phage.
-
Why?
-
Just beware the Phage.
-
Only if he makes a web comic and devotes a week to fanart.
-
He might...you never know with a Phage. Especially a caged one.
-
Not if we keep him in the SA Zoo. Then he'll become a squirrel.
-
Ferocious indeed.
-
No, you were suppose to make a joke about nuts. Fail. You fail.
-
*Is ashamed*
-
You could've saved it by saying "Ferocious nuts." There's nothing funnier than ferocious nuts. Like the crazy-ass pinatas in those juicy fruit commercials.
-
Is it too late to say "Ferocious nuts" now?
-
That's pretty sweet. I dig that kinda stuff. That's vicious stuff.
And Ransu is my japanese pronunciation of my name.
Lance turns into Ransu. Maybe Merla digs me. I dunno.
-
Ferocious nuts, you say?

Yes. It's especially unforgivable that it would've gone perfectly in this particular topic.

Awesome.

I know it's from Lance, but like if we're talking about people on the board, we'll use their board names but for you she'll use "Ransu".

Ah, furries!
That feline looks oddly familiar.
-
Some reviewer at Amazon or somewhere said John Blacksad (the feline PI) reminded their mother of Stacy Keach.
Ah, furries!
Why does that term always make me cringe so?
-
Because you're a closet furry?
Edit: when the hell do I get to change my title?
-
 I knew you were gonna say that. Why does anyone that likes stories with animals have to be a damn furry? If you're a ten year old kid watching Disney movies, Bugs Bunny, and Ninja Turtles nobody calls your ass a furry. I know the word applies to a very broad fandom but it's been associated with one fursuit and a jizzed plushie too many for me to like it.
And you need to amass a post count. I forget how many.
-
Nuri showed me that comic and I didn't think they were furries.
-
Technically they are since it applies to any anthro-animal. I just don't like the actual word.
