"back to campus" or back on campus, i don't know whats the grammar. anyways, it was filmed in my university! that doesn't save the program from being a piece of shit though, so it's kinda sad.
-
They just filmed a Cingular wireless commercial @ FIU... they didn't pay the actors, just gave out free t-shirts.
I wonder who is worse, Cingular or Girls Gone Wild.
...Cingular.
-
They filmed a commercial for a used car lot here recently.... It was so exciting.
-
They filmed... uh.... some of "Miss Congeniality" here years ago. Yeah, they don't do too much here. Our river is green and our Alamo small.
-
They filmed some scenes in our city for the movie Ironweed, around 20 years ago. Something like a 10-day shoot. Supposedly, during the breaks and set-ups, Jack Nicholson would go down and visit with the local kids playing baseketball on one of the courts below where one of the scenes was.
-
Our city is so unmovieish for a city of it's size. I'm not sure there was ever a theatrically released movie shot here.
-
Ooh no there's aaaalways someone filming here! i think they just finished filming Rocky 6, they filmed In my Shoes here, the 6th sense, Philadelphia(doh haha), National Treasure, etc, etc. Ohh I love to live in the center of the city
-
That would've been strange if "Philidelphia" wasn't film there but things like that have happened. "Cold Case" is suppose to be set there, but I don't think anything outside of exterior establishing shots are filmed there. I could be mixing up my shows though.
-
Yeah it's fairly normal when a movie takes place somewhere that they actually shoot stuff in that city. If something deals with Canadian federal politics it will usually have some stuf shot around here but... that doesn't make for good cinema.
-
I remember reading that they actually wanted to film CC in Philly but couldn't for some lame financial reason.
-
maybe cause of the same reason they almost cancelled the real world in here? cause union workers were bitching about something
-
The union workers should be killed and their blood used to fix the crack in the Liberty Bell. Everyone = WINS.
-
word.
-
And then Kathryn Morris can see them waving at her while "Bad Day" plays in the background in one of her run-of-the-mill "I've solved the case" hallucinations.
-
Most recent movie I remember filming here was Rushmore.
This amused me:
The Crooked E: The Unshredded Truth About Enron (2003)-Set in Houston, but filmed in Canada
-
Starring Brian Drummond as Ken Lay. :joe:
-
You forgot Chris Sabat
-
Chris Sabat doesn't live in Canada.
Unfortunately.
