I just went over something or else debris shot up into my under carriage (sky's the limit!) but whatever holds my oil got busted wide open and spilled everything out effectively disembowling my car and sending it into stasis lock.

Heh.
-
Oil pan....it's called an oil pan.
-
I pictured a horse and buggy sorta deal for whatever reason.
-
I popped a tire on sunday. My friend Erik got into a car accident last week, and two weeks ago my friend Mat's sister was killed in a car wreck. Sucky week to be a car.
-
So my car broke...and I didn't have to go into work...but work for me consists of drinking burboun and cokes with the DJ while watching girls in jean skirts so short that they can't even lean foward without me seeing their asses.
So of course i got a ride into work...and fate, as if to reward my positive work ethic (and make up for the broken car I assume) made it a monumental night.
not 1 but 2 girls came up to me and told me to get my phone out so they could put their numbers in my phone (one was a freshman). Then I met Taylor Cooper (she made us tell eachother our last names...which I though was really cute for some reason). We're supposed to hang out today but I have no car and this could prove to be a problem.
-
Who's Taylor Cooper and why does she have two last names?
-
She's catholic? Or is that two middle names?
And that name isn't ringing a bell for me either.
-
I'm catholic. Apparently also a papist.
-
Are you sure that's not suppose to be rapist?
-
Papist is a derisive term meaning "Roman Catholic". It was used during the English Reformation to indicate one who believed in Papal supremacy over the Anglican Church. Over time, as the political nature of the struggle between Protestants and Catholics became heated, it became a pejorative for Roman Catholics. The word ultimately derives from Latin papa, meaning "Pope". "Popish" is an adjective for Roman Catholic used much in the same vein.
Buh? *slobber*

You would think...but then the god of the Jews, the Christians, and the Muslims is all suppose to be the same god as well and we can see how well that worked out.

Tomorrow's Saturday!
-
yeah it is...but I'm stuck doing school stuff for now...
-
I once got a hole big enough in my oil pan that I had to put in a new quart of oil in my car every day.. and no patch was good enough to seal that hole!
-
Good news
It turns out whatever hit my car missed the oil pan and hit the oil filter which is a relatively worthless component. The whole thing cost me 36$ to fix.
-
Wait, what? I hope you don't mean that the actual Oil Filter got a hole in it and someone charged you 36 bucks to fix it. Cause if that's case I have something to tell you. You could go down to Wal-Mart and for between 4-10 bucks(depending on the brand) you could buy a new oil filter and then just reach in there, unscrew the old one and put the new one on. It takes like 10 mins tops. So I hope that's not the case, cause if it is....man, someone put you over a table and reapeatly anal raped you out of like 26 bucks.
-
SRSLY.
Most oil places don't even charge more than $25 for an oil change.
But Rama, he also had to pay for the oil. No filter = no oil in engine anymore.
-
Considering that they could've raped me for a new oil pan and I would've been none the wiser I'm glad they only charged 36$.
and yeah I had to pay for new oil and they topped off my other fluids apparently.
-
They couldn't have raped you for it if there wasn't anything wrong with it. Correction, they could have...but it wouldn't have been very honest. And you better cool it with that none the wiser stuff....they may just repeal you're man card. They almost did that to me when I started watching Trading Spaces. Lucky for me, I broke free.
And that's true about the oil, but still.....At most if you did the whole thing yourself buying the filter and the oil I doubt it would have cost you more then 15 bucks. Again depending on the make and model of car, and the brand.
-
Oh and the oil filter isn't worthless, it's one of the most important parts on the car.

Tomorrow's Saturday!
I'm reminded of that episode of the Simpsons where they had that "Everyone Loves Ned Flanders" short at the end where Ned Flanders' kids said they weren't going to church. "We're not going to church today. It's Saturday." And I remember thinking that some of my relatives go to church on Saturday.
-
Crazy. Anyway this just reminds me of how nice it is not to be in school anymore since I can't remember the number of times I used to have to come into school on at least full days on Saturdays and/or Sundays for exams, labs, projects, studying or whatever. -_-
