In Quebec city 'cause it's freakin' French as all hell and they had it. In Niagara Falls becaues it's on the border and they want to make idiot tourists from the US think we have poutine at our McDonalds'.

But yeah. Bring a shovel. You'll need it lately. Apparently, in Ottawa at least, they've decided clearing the roads after heavy snowfall is completely unnecessary even 2 days after the fact.
