I'm looking for two things here.
First off, I'm lookng for web hosting. Free, or cheap, 100mb min, 10mb upload limit, don't care the bandwith limit.
Second, what image hosting company would you say is the best?

No, I am not helping you take up more internet space with your boring whining. Find some hosting yourself so you can bitch about them the second that you fuck up and it doesn't work right.

1&1.com does 1.5GB storage and tons of extra shit for 6 months free (trial period). After that it's $95/year. I use ICDSoft.com for both my own site as well as another site I work on for someone else...I pay $45/year for 500MB storage, and I like their infrastructure lots better than 1&1.
If you're wanting decent hosting, you gotta pay, and $45 a year is great IMO. But for you it'd be more like $65, since you'd be a new customer; I get a discount. WIth that you get a domain (nojailforpedo.com), database support (for a board of your own), web based file transfer system, and the ability to have thousands of email addresses, among other neat stuff.
Second, what image hosting company would you say is the best?
They all suck. But why would you need an image hosting company if you're getting web hosting? That's ahine.

Shwigs has recommended ICDSoft in the past, and that's who I use now. They're who I went with after Viperhost imploded.
