When my old kitty used to hide in the bushes in the back yard, I'd turn on the electric can opener.  He liked that for some reason.

I've never seen that movie.... in it's entirety anyway.  I've always done that, though.   We used to use the can opener noise with our old cats.  Or the microwave.  Sparky and Toki get their food out of  those pop-top type cans though so neither of those work on them.

In the movie, Dr Evil grabs the bag with the food and shakes it around singing "I want chicken, I want liver, meow mix meow mix please deliver". For some reason i thought that was hilarious
