Doesn't look TOO bad.
-
I'm conflicted with the appropriate casting of The Commish as The Thing and the boneheaded casting of Mrs. Helbling as Sue Storm.
-
Upon seeing the trailer, it doesn't look as bad as Hulk, which I have yet to see but which just plain looked bad to me.
-
I'll shed a tear every time she turns invisible.
-
!!!!!!!
So tell me, is the blonde hair a problem or does it work for you?
-
it's a problem and the Thing looks like a walking turd.
-
They shoulda bulked him up. But if he acts like Vick Mackie, we have a winner!
-

Holy crap, toe, eat more fiber!
-
If he's a turd I'd hate to see what it was that shat him out...

DS, that is the best use of Moore I have ever seen in a thread.
-
I wonder what the hatred over The Hulk is about?
I admit it wasn't that wonderful of a movie, but I didn't think it sucked that bad. I guess people just hate popular things. I have to say though, I kinda wish Hulk would have done more distructive stuff, like demolished the White House or something useful.

It has nothing to do with it being "popular", which I was unaware it even was. "The Titantic" was popular too and that was a giant mound of feces if I ever saw one. Popular != Good.
-
The blonde hair doesn't bother me one bit
-
have you seen the Hulk yet?

Stop making me repeat myself, consarnit.

Thanks, I've always been rather proud of that one. Most of my image edits don't come out as well as that one did.

But the problem in the back of everyone's mind will be "carpet...curtains..."

I haven't seen it either, but from what I've heard the only real redeeming value is Jennifer Connelly's presense, because it's not the Hulk that's worth watching in it. The problem with "popular" comes where they change a perfectly good story in their attempt to "adapt", i.e. dumb-down and/or expound upon pet themes in order to hopefully create interest among the non-fans. Which is stupid...how the hell do you mess up "HULK SMASH!"
-
you two need to go ahead and watch the movie. It's not as bad as people say it is.
-
Except for the Hulk dogs and bad CG.
-
quiet you!!!
-
Haha...not even you can deny what held the movie back.
-
I already know what the experience is most likely going to be. It's gonna have some good points but still enough bad ones to make it 'meh', just like Daredevil, which I only saw because I didn't have to pay for the movie ticket and I wasn't doing anything else that night. I don't particularly care for Hulk nor is Jennifer C. my type. Unless someone lends me the DVD or I catch it on television, that's a big fat PASS from me.
-
Hard to say if it's worse than Daredevil.
-
Does Daredevil count as sucking more than it initially did by spawning Electra?
-
Or Elektra. Whatever.

Popular != Good
Popular != Bad, either.
-
It has nothing to do with it being "popular"
-
So
popular != anything to do with Nuri's opinion on the Hulk movie
Right?
^_^
Hmm, I didn't like Hulk... but I liked Daredevil.
-
Exactly. Rampy knows where it's at.
-
Anyone know the name of the music for that trailer, though?
-
I don't.
-
Neither do I. Try looking up the soundrack.

Some dude told me that it's "Counting Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums" by APC or something
